Multiple Ship-To Addresses
A21 ACCOUNTING allows you to enter multiple ship to addresses for customers. Deliver to many different places but send the invoice to the Finance Dept of the company. With this feature, an unlimited number of Ship-To addresses can be assigned per customer.

Multiple Price Tables
If you sell a broad range of products or category of products to a broad base of customers, this feature may be what you're looking for. Different customers can be assigned a selling price of a specific product and you don't have to remember every one of them. At the point of billing, the price will be displayed immediately when a product is selected for that customer.

Multiple Currencies
A21 ACCOUNTING allows you to create an unlimited numbers of foreign currencies to transact in, with foreign exchange gain/loss automatically posted to the general ledger. Multiple currency transactions can be done with a single customer code. A21 also provide a daily exchange rate table, where updates may be made and historical rates stored for accurate transactional records.

Support Multiple UOMs
A21 ACCOUNTING allows transactions to be done in different units of measure. Stocks, e.g. motor oil, can be purchased in drums and sold in bottles or liters. This gives you flexibility of business transaction without compromising accuracy in accounting control.

Multiple Locations & Warehouses
A21 offers true multiple warehouses. Maintain a central accounting system with multiple branches. Transfer stocks between different locations and analyses sales pattern. The location feature can be used to track consignment sales. You can see your stock status on screen, or even take your stock valuation by warehouses too.

Support Stock Kitting
A21 lets you create a bill of material and perform a stock kit against it. It checks for sufficient stocks in warehouses based on BOM items and the final kit product automatically captures cost and can include production or other add-on cost too.
