Create, Edit, Save and Restore Your
Documents & Reports
 Users can create their own reports with our
built-in Report Designer, in addition to editing
the existing ones. No restriction but 100%
flexibility when it comes to designing your
reports. New reports created by users can either
be created from a blank report or with the help
of a report wizard.
Create new reports, bind them to data, customize
their content and save them to a file and
restore it where necessary; allowing you to
re-use manually created reports between
application runs.
A21 Report Designer supports handling report
events using advanced scripting technology,
written in either C#, Visual Basic .NET or
JScript .NET. Using scripts greatly extends the
possibilities of your Designer. For example, a
script can be written by end-users at runtime to
calculate custom summaries of any complexity.
Create Master Files in
XLS and Import into A21 Clarity SQL
Users can now import master files (Customers,
Products, Suppliers and Chart of Accounts) by accessing
an MS Access database or MS Excel spreadsheet.
Simply map the fields to match
those of A21 software and then import directly
into their database.

A21 Clarity-SQL is build on MS SQL Server database and
it is extremely easy to build customized reports to fit
your corporate reporting requirement. In the
event our comprehensive array of report cannot
meet a specific need; or when you need a complex
analysis report or a need to do a financial
accounts consolidation, A21 Clarity-SQL allows you
to build queries and reports using the inbuilt Report Designer
or even industry standard reporting tools like Crystal Reports (tm).
