Get a grant to implement Work-Life Strategies,
which will help your employees manage their work
responsibilities alongside personal and family
needs.
For
who?
All organizations with at least 5 paid employees
(including private sector, public sector and
non-profit organizations).
For what?
The WoW! Fund helps
employers to defray costs incurred in
implementing Work-Life Strategies. Specifically,
you can use the funds for:

To subsidize the
cost of training human resource managers
and line supervisors to implement
work-life strategies. Courses must be
approved by MOM. |

l |
Infrastructure
- To subsidize one-time infrastructure
development costs needed for flexible
work arrangements or employee support
schemes. E.g. Telecommuting systems,
lactation rooms for nursing mothers,
etc. |

l |
Consultancy -
To subsidize the cost of hiring a
certified consultant to explore, develop
and implement work-life strategies.
|

l |
Human Resource
- To subsidize the salary of staff
tasked with implementing
your business’ work-life strategies. By
the end of the implementation period,
staff must have completed a MOM-approved
course. |
How much?
The WOW! Fund co-funds up to 70% of your
business’ work-life project, capped at S$10,000
per company.
Things to Note

Projects which introduce flexible work
arrangements will be given priority. |

l |
MOM reserves the right to audit
businesses which receive WOW! Funds to
ensure that the grant is used
appropriately. |
|
l |
Each business can apply for the grant
only once. To maximize your grant, you
should make sure all your needs (e.g.
training, infrastructure and
consultancy) are addressed in your
project proposal when applying. |

l |
The grant does not cover:
|
l |
projects focused on enhancing
personal wellness (e.g. gym
membership) |
|
l |
projects focused on
strengthening employee
relationships (e.g. family day
and dinner-and-dance) |
|
l |
recurring costs after
implementation of a Work-Life
project (e.g. maintenance of
lactation room and IT equipment) |
|
l |
goods and services tax (GST) |
