depending on the plan details, you will be entitled to limited
number of free online remote (via Internet connection) and onsite
support incidences.
Your support request are usually responded to
within 24 hours.

Product Enhancements and Upgrades -
your enrollment in this plan will automatically
provide you with access to the new product
releases, the latest updates, and all service
packs and patches. Updates within the same
product family will be provided free of cost.
Major version upgrade will be done at 50%
discount if you are on this plan.

Web-accessible Knowledge Base - you will have access to easy to use, searchable
tool for accessing commonly asked questions, and
resolutions to common errors. Providing this
information directly to your employees can
dramatically reduce the time it takes to find
the answer they need.

On-line Instructions - after you have implemented your new system, be
sure your employees have access to our on-line
training instructions to further develop and
expand their knowledge of the product. This
training will be free to you, and available 24
hours a day.

Purchase of this plan will entitle ALL items
as above ANNUAL MAINTENANCE PLAN. The difference
is the response time is within 4 hours. If you
are operating a critical operation and require
maximum uptime, this plan is ideal for you.

TELEPHONE SUPPORT PLAN
If your maintenance requirement is low because
of familiarity with our system, then a very
economical telephone support plan will do for
you. This plan entitles you to access our Online
Support Center and access to free telephone
support incidences (*).

product or user training over the phone.
